  4. To order Mony by check, bank check, money-order, or cash, use the
  5. form at the bottom of this documented.  Credit card orders are not
  6. accepted.  See the License Agreement below for license restrictions.

  9.       This offer may be cancelled at any time.  Your order will
  10.       be returned if Mony is no longer available for registration.

  18. Funds must be in US Dollars and must be drawn on a US bank (complete with
  19. bank routing numbers).  If sending currency, use Registered AirMail.
  20. Personal checks require 10 working days to clear.  Most major foreign banks
  21. have 'branch' banks in the US and this can be used for US Dollars/US bank
  22. requirements.  Direct wire-transfer is not available.

  35. Price for your Mony license is based on this schedule:

  37. Personal License:  $14.95 (per machine)
  38.  
  39. Corporate Site License: $299.50 (per site)
  40.  
  41. All orders must be pre-paid.  No exceptions.  Site licenses are
  42. customized to include the name of the corporation.  Any corporate
  43. use requires a site license.  Refer to the License Agreement for details.

  47. Delivery Options

  49. Standard AirMail is used to deliver the license pack.  By request,
  50. delivery by e-mail may also be used.  Allow 2 weeks for processing.

  54. License Agreement
  55.  
  56. Before using this software you must agree to the following:
  57.  
  58. 1. A MONY license grants you the right to use the Mony product on one
  59. computer.  One license is required for each machine using Mony.
  60.  
  61. 2. You are not permitted to operate more than one copy of this software
  62. package at one time per license.  For example, if you have ten machines
  63. that have access to the Mony package at the same time, you are required
  64. to have ten Mony licenses.
  65.  
  66. 3. You are not permitted to distribute any part of the Mony package
  67. without written permission from the copyright holder.
  68.  
  69. 4. Evaluation use is limited to about 25 minutes after each boot, and for
  70. no more than 28 days, and is for the sole purpose of evaluating the
  71. software.
  72.  
  73. 5. Use of the evaluation version (i.e., without a license) within any
  74. Corporation is strictly forbidden.  The evaluation version is for
  75. personal evaluation only.  Any Corporate use requires a site-license
  76. purchase before installing Mony on any Corporate machine.  Corporate
  77. use of Mony without a site license constitutes a violation of
  78. the Mony copyright.  Corporate use is defined as any business entity
  79. employing more than just yourself, in any capacity.

  81. 6. Mony is owned by the author, Cornel Huth, and is protected by United
  82. States copyright laws and international treaty provisions.  You are not
  83. permitted to make copies of this software except for archival purposes.
  84.  
  85. 7. You may not rent or lease Mony. You may not transfer this license
  86. without the written permission of the author.  If this software is an update
  87. or upgrade, you may not sell or give away previous versions.
  88.  
  89. 8. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this software if
  90. the intent or result is to alter the software.
  91.  
  92. 9. There are no expressed or implied warranties with this software.
  93.  
  94. 10. All liabilities in the use of this software rest with the user.
  95.  
  96. 11. U.S. Government Restricted Rights.  This software is provided with
  97. restricted rights.  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is
  98. subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the
  99. Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 52.227-7013.

  101. 78238/USA.  This agreement is governed by the laws of the Great State
  102. of Texas, the United States of America, and all other countries of Earth.

  107. Failure to comply with any part of this License Agreement immediately
  108. terminates any and all licenses that you may have to use Mony.
